@spangledude Of coz, there is possibilities that Cerana can be used for
commercial production. But this take a lot of time & need resources for
R&D. So far, local institutions had not done enough on this part.

@bdrowe It taste a little sourness, quite similar to fresh pineapple taste.
Honey as an unprocessed foodstuff is difficult to deliver to your country.

Cerana has not benefitted from the selective breeding improvements
mellifera has. But there is no reason why selective breeding of Cerana
won’t produce commercially viable bees. After all it would be better in the
longrun for local wildlife if Cerana were used instead of Mellifera.

hey man i really enjoy your vids when you going to make some more vids
about queens, how do you make the bee food

  • koreishite says:

Thanks a lot for your answer.I think you should add that on Wikipedia.I’ve
checked it up but your information is more detailed.

  • koreishite says:

Do you mean by “it floats” that it gets bigger in size or something else ?

  • koreishite says:

Could you please clarify how a worker cell can be converted into a queen
cell ? My conventional knowledge taught me that all cells are similar at
the start and it is the way the larva are fed before hatching that makes
them change the DNA into a that of a queen.I must have a wrong idea.
